Ms. Wade is very deserving of this honor. She is a teacher who is always making sure that students are first. As a teacher, she not only develops rigorous lessons but makes sure to develop a strong rapport with her students. Oftentimes her former students come back to help her in the classroom. They do not hesitate to spend part of their free time in Ms. Wade's classroom to help her with partner reading or flashcards. She teaches the academics and also the life skills that students will need to be successful.
